Preparation method of monel nickel-copper alloy special valve body sealing ball

Abstract

The application discloses a preparation method of a Monel nickel-copper alloy special valve body sealing ball, which comprises the following steps: (1) subjecting the raw material after hardening treatment to preliminary forming into a spherical shape through a centrifugal grinding machine; (2) placing the initially-formed spherical product into a cannon barrel type rolling barrel and adding triangular particles for rough polishing; (3) rough grinding the initially-formed spherical product after rough polishing by adopting a cast iron grinding plate; (4) cleaning the formed spherical product after rough grinding and then finely grinding the formed spherical product; (5) precisely grinding the formed spherical product after fine grinding; and (6) placing the formed spherical product after precise grinding into a vortex type polishing machine and adding special auxiliary materials for polishing, so as to obtain the Monel nickel-copper alloy special valve body sealing ball. The Monel nickel-copper alloy special valve body sealing ball prepared by the method has the advantages of corrosion resistance, gas corrosion resistance, low-temperature crack resistance, high sealing property, non-magnetism and no plastic brittle transition temperature.
