Abstract

The present application relates to a stepped guide beam, a pushing device and an automatic pier-up method of the guide beam, and the present application realizes the automatic pier-up of the guide beam by setting two groups of three-way jacks working independently and a stepped guide beam with specific gradient, and the intermediate step of manual cushioning can be saved; after each lifting range of the jack, a layer of cushion blocks is stacked on the temporary support and the top surface of the jack in sequence, and the total height of the cushion blocks can make the next step be pried up, and then the cushion blocks are removed and the work is repeated, and the present application limits the stepped height and length of the guide beam, so that the guide beam is lifted step by step and realizes the pier-up during the forward pushing, and the labor cost and construction period are greatly saved; compared with the scheme of embedding long-stroke jacks in the guide beam, the present application does not need to additionally set jacks and tracks in the guide beam, the manufacturing cost of the guide beam is saved, and the waste of resources caused by the idle jacks is avoided, and the manufacturing cost is greatly saved.
