Abstract

The present application relates to the field of reduction gearbox cooling equipment, and particularly relates to a cooling device for a reduction gearbox of a large honeyed pill pill-making machine. The present application provides a cooling device for a reduction gearbox of a large honeyed pill pill-making machine, which comprises a shell group, a hollow transmission shaft and the like; the shell group is connected to the hollow transmission shaft. Cooling liquid is circulated in the first transmission gear and the second transmission gear, so that the gears are cooled from the inside, and the phenomenon of a large amount of cooling liquid being thrown outward and uneven distribution is avoided. By arranging a flow limiting hole and a sliding plug assembly that changes with the rotation speed in the hollow transmission shaft, the flow rate of the cooling liquid flowing through the first transmission gear and the second transmission gear is adjusted. The technical problem that the gear wear is uneven when the reduction gearbox of the large honeyed pill pill-making machine is cooled by the fan cooling and the chassis cooling liquid cooling is solved.
