Automatic resistance sheet welding method

Abstract

The application provides an automatic resistance sheet welding method, and belongs to the technical field of resistance sheet welding. The automatic resistance sheet welding device comprises a base, a resistance sheet feeding station is installed on the left side of the upper surface of the base, a rotating table is installed on the middle of the upper surface of the base, a resistance sheet detection station, a resistance sheet resistance value testing station, a connector feeding station, an assembly height detection station, a welding station, a welding point height detection station, an assembly resistance value testing station, a laser marking station and a residual material detection station are assembled on the circumference of the rotating table in turn in a rotating disc mode. The automatic resistance sheet welding method realizes the automation of resistance sheet welding through the cooperation of multiple stations, and manual welding is not needed. Since multiple processes are integrated on the rotating disc mechanism, the product is driven by the rotating disc mechanism to work synchronously in multiple stations, which is beneficial to reducing the empty stroke reciprocating time, effectively improving the overall working speed, reducing the labor intensity, saving human resources and greatly improving the working efficiency.
