A highway engineering crack grouting detection device

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of detection, in particular to a detection equipment for highway engineering crack grouting, which comprises a frame body and the following components arranged on the frame body: a leveling calibration assembly, the leveling calibration assembly comprises a base plate and a leveling assembly, the base plate is arranged on the frame body through the leveling assembly, the leveling assembly can adjust the base plate to be parallel to the ground; a plurality of detection assemblies, the plurality of detection assemblies are arranged at the bottom of the base plate, each detection assembly is in contact with the ground, and the ground state is detected during grouting; and an alarm assembly, the alarm assembly is electrically connected with the detection assemblies, and the alarm assembly sends out an alarm when the detection assemblies detect that the ground state changes to reach a set condition. In the application, the detection assemblies detect the ground state during the grouting process, the ground flatness is judged, the phenomena such as excessively large grouting pressure and excessively large grouting amount are prevented, the surrounding pavement of the crack is prevented from being arched, and the driving comfort and safety are ensured.
