Abstract

The present invention discloses a high-precision positioning device for the manufacture of complex precision molds, which relates to the field of positioning devices and includes a mold body, a working platform provided at the lower end of the mold body, the lower end of the mold body in contact with the upper end of the working platform, a through hole being provided through the upper end of the working platform, two support plates welded to the lower end of the working platform, a connecting plate welded between the two support plates, a screw provided above the connecting plate, two sliders 1 provided on the outer side of the screw, and a fixed block welded to the upper end of the slider 1. In the present invention, through the arrangement of gears and tooth grooves, when positioning a mold that is not located in the center, the distance between the two clamping plates and the mold body can be adjusted by adjusting the turntable, so that when the distances between the two ends of the mold body and the two clamping plates are equal, it is convenient to subsequently start the stepper motor to drive the two clamping plates to move simultaneously and thus accurately clamp the mold body.
