A process for the preparation of 2-thiophene acetyl chloride

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of 2-thiophene acetyl chloride, and discloses a 2-thiophene acetyl chloride preparation process, which comprises the following steps: (1) adding dimethylbenzene, oleic acid, and then adding metal sodium particles, and stirring and reacting; (2) adding thiophene, stirring, dropwise adding a tetrahydrofuran mixture, and stirring and heat preserving; (3) dropwise adding methyl chloroacetate into the reaction kettle, and heat preserving and reacting; (4) stepwise distilling the solvent until no liquid is distilled out, and then completely distilling the material, and then dropwise adding the residual liquid into lye, adding acid liquid to adjust the PH of the material, stirring and crystallizing, and then filtering out the solid, and then washing; (5) putting the solid into a four-chloroethylene aqueous solution, and then standing and separating the water layer, and then dropwise adding chlorosulfoxide to the organic layer, distilling the solvent, continuing to heat and collecting the distillate, and obtaining the finished product; the 2-thiophene acetyl chloride preparation process of the present application is further improved on the basis of the prior art process, and can significantly reduce the problems of long production cycle, many kinds of raw materials, large amount of wastewater, environmental pollution and the like in the prior art process.
