Chlorination neutralization liquid is separated to remove water and 1,1,2-trichloroethane through an evaporator and a rectifying tower, and a crude sucralose-6-acetate N,N-dimethylformamide solution is obtained by filtering solid residues; fresh water and eutectic seeds are added under constant temperature conditions, and the mixture is fully stirred; the separated crystals are dried to obtain light yellow eutectic powder; the eutectic powder is completely dissolved in water, decolorized by activated carbon, and then recrystallized by slowly cooling; and the white sucralose-6-acetate dihydrate product with a purity of more than 99.5% is obtained after drying. The original solvent and the co-crystallization process are coupled, a new solvent is not introduced, the process is more economical and environmentally friendly, the purification process of sucralose-6-acetate is greatly simplified, the impurities such as tar are removed at one time, the single-pass / full-pass yield of more than 67.5% / 95.5% can be obtained, and the separation efficiency is greatly improved.
