When the interior of the reserved pipe main body is sealed, the telescopic rod of the telescopic part is controlled to move outward and extend, and the movable plate, the first extension plate and the second extension plate are pushed outward and expanded, and the sealing piece and the fixed plate form a complete circular structure. After the hydraulic cylinder is started, the push rod drives the push plate to move forward, and moves inside the installation sleeve through the limit rod to realize the directional movement of the push plate.
