A hot compress bag production system and a production method thereof

Abstract

The application discloses a hot compress bag production system and a production method thereof, which comprises a bag making device, a batching device and a filling mechanism. The filling mechanism comprises a storage tank, a measuring turntable and a bagging turntable. The measuring turntable and the bagging turntable are rotatably installed on the top end of a supporting base and are driven by a rotary driving mechanism. A plurality of material dropping holes are formed in the measuring turntable. A measuring container is fixed below the measuring turntable at a position corresponding to the material dropping holes. A plurality of hot compress bag fixing mechanisms are arranged on the bagging turntable. In the application, empty hot compress bag bodies are fixed on the bagging turntable. By rotating the measuring turntable and the bagging turntable, a plurality of measuring containers can be sequentially filled with a certain amount of raw materials, which are then sequentially filled into the hot compress bag bodies. The application can effectively improve the filling efficiency and achieve the purpose of measuring the raw materials.
