A blockchain data storage method, device and electronic equipment

Abstract

This application provides a method, apparatus, and electronic device for storing blockchain data. The method includes: obtaining data to be stored from blockchain nodes; selecting a master storage node to store the data to be stored in external storage and initiating a first consensus message to other slave storage nodes; receiving second consensus messages from other slave storage nodes confirming the validity of the data; sending any second consensus message to the remaining slave storage nodes for block data verification and voting; receiving third consensus messages from each slave storage node after verifying the block data corresponding to each second consensus message, and after confirming consensus, writing the metadata information related to the block data into external storage. This application adds an off-chain collaborative storage mechanism to the existing blockchain system, ensuring the immutability of blockchain data while reducing the data storage pressure on existing on-chain nodes. This technical solution possesses reliability, transparency, and trustworthiness characteristics.
