High-concentration emulsion oil agent for polyester FDY and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The application discloses a high-concentration emulsion polyester FDY oil agent and a preparation method thereof. The high-concentration emulsion polyester FDY oil agent is composed of the following components in mass percentage: smoothing agent 40-60%, emulsifier 30-40%, antistatic agent 5-10%, wetting agent 1-3%, pH regulator 0.5-1%, antioxidant 0.1-0.2%, bactericide 0.1%, deionized water 5-10%, and all the components are added up to 100%. The viscosity fluctuation difference of the polyester FDY spinning oil agent at various concentrations is small, the high-concentration emulsion can be used for oiling without modification of the original equipment, the fiber indexes are not obviously different from those of the conventional polyester FDY oil agent, the required water resource for emulsion preparation is greatly reduced, the power resource in the spinning process and the subsequent sewage treatment cost are reduced.
