Abstract

The present application is suitable for the field of electric furnace smelting technology, and provides a furnace drying and material distribution method of an electric furnace; the method is applied to the electric furnace, and comprises the following steps: S1, a first mixture is laid on the bottom of the furnace wall of the electric furnace, the first mixture is a fine particle coke and titanium-containing slag mixture; S2, a third mixture and iron-containing material are laid in the circle area outside the electrode hole of the furnace wall in a laminated and spaced manner, the outer edge of the circle area outside the electrode hole is a circumscribed circle of three electrode hole areas of the electric furnace, the third mixture is a coarse particle coke and titanium-containing slag mixture, and the iron-containing material is a bar-shaped iron substance; S3, a second mixture is laid on the surface layer of the third mixture in the three electrode hole areas of the electric furnace, the second mixture is a mixture of the iron-containing material and coarse particle coke; S4, a fourth mixture is laid in the discharge port area, the fourth mixture is coarse particle coke; and S5, the area between the outer side of the circle area outside the electrode hole and the inner wall of the furnace wall of the electric furnace is paved with the first mixture.
