Abstract

This invention relates to a composite material for low-temperature impact-resistant PVC calendered coating and its preparation method, belonging to the field of polymer materials technology. It comprises the following components: 95-105 parts of PVC resin; 5-30 parts of low-temperature reinforcing agent; 3-6 parts of heat stabilizer; 15-35 parts of flow modifier; and 0.1-5 parts of lubricant. The low-temperature reinforcing agent is composed of a ternary amorphous thermoplastic polymer, a dispersant, and an alkyd resin, with a mass ratio of 45-85:0.1-10:10-30. The aforementioned materials are thoroughly mixed using a kneader or a high-speed mixer to swell the resin. The fully swollen PVC material after kneading is further plasticized to obtain a lumpy or sheet-like composite material. This improves the low-temperature impact resistance of PVC materials without negatively impacting them and can reduce production costs.
