Abstract

The application discloses a waste recycling device for injection molds, and relates to the technical field of injection waste recycling.The cooperation design of the crushing recycling assembly and the composite pretreatment assembly makes the device convenient for the pretreatment of the injection mold waste which needs to be recycled before crushing, facilitates the crushing of the large injection mold waste, and can hammer and crush or flatten the cylindrical injection mold waste, so that the state suitable for crushing treatment is achieved, the crushing difficulty is further reduced, the crushing effect is improved, and the recycling effect is better; and through the cooperation of the screening and material removing treatment assembly, the metal parts and small injection mold waste are separated through shaking, the existence of certain metal parts in the material body of the injection mold waste in the recycling process is avoided, the synchronous crushing and recycling of the metal parts and the injection mold waste easily causes the impurity of the recycling, and the waste of the small parts in the crushing and recycling work is avoided.
