The application discloses a data classification method and device, electronic equipment and computer readable medium, relates to the technical field of computers, and a specific embodiment comprises the following steps: in response to a data classification request, obtaining a corresponding work message text; obtaining a classification identifier corresponding to the work message text; then determining the work message text to be classified according to the classification identifier; generating a text vector based on the work message text to be classified; calling a classification model to input the text vector into the classification model to obtain probabilities corresponding to each work classification; and determining the work classification of the work message text to be classified based on the probabilities. Real-time work text classification can be implemented, which is beneficial to liberate human resources for monitoring work messages, reduce labor costs, and improve message processing efficiency.
