Abstract

It includes a cabinet, electrical components are installed inside the cabinet, a ventilation port is opened on the top of the cabinet, a temperature sensor, a refrigeration device and a controller are arranged inside the cabinet, the number of temperature sensors is at least one, which is arranged on the cabinet on the side of the electrical components, the refrigeration device includes an outer frame, a semiconductor refrigeration device, a back cover and a fan, the outer frame is fixed to the side wall of the cabinet through the back cover, the number of the semiconductor refrigeration devices is four, which are installed in the inner part of the outer frame in a matrix, the fan is fixed on the upper surface of the outer frame, and the air inlet of the fan is located above the refrigeration part of the semiconductor refrigeration device; the temperature sensor, the semiconductor refrigeration device and the fan are electrically connected to the controller through cables respectively.
