Abstract

The application provides a stretch-insensitive tactile positioning sensor manufacturing method and device, and the manufacturing method comprises the following steps: step 1, manufacturing a soft polymer substrate film; step 2, fixing a plurality of rigid island elements on the soft polymer substrate film; step 3, drawing a conductive film on the rigid island elements, and installing a resistance element between two conductive films of each rigid island element, the resistance values of the resistance elements on different rigid island elements change in a gradient manner, and there is a gap between the conductive films after the resistance elements are installed; step 4, installing a conductive wire on the soft polymer substrate film between the rigid island elements; step 5, using conductive paint to conductively connect the end of the conductive wire with the conductive film, so that the resistance element and the gap are in a parallel state, and electrodes are led out on both ends of the rigid island elements; and step 6, installing a tactile button above the rigid island elements, and a conductive film is arranged below the tactile button and corresponds to the gap, and the size of the conductive film is larger than that of the gap.
