Abstract

A method for constructing a fluorescence fingerprint database of water pollution sources in industrial parks is disclosed. The database includes the location of fluorescence characteristic peaks, fluorescence characteristic peak intensity thresholds, and suspected pollution sources. The database construction method includes: collecting wastewater samples and preparing gradient samples; performing three-dimensional fluorescence scanning tests; preprocessing the test data and splitting the components as required; screening specific fluorescent components to obtain fluorescence characteristic peaks and their intensity thresholds with clear accident indications, thereby constructing a fluorescence fingerprint and establishing a fluorescence fingerprint database. This invention simplifies three-dimensional fluorescence spectra to two-dimensional fluorescence characteristic peak intensities, and eliminates the need for parallel factor analysis during source tracing. It features a simple source tracing process, short time, low cost, high operability, and high accuracy. When a wastewater treatment plant is impacted by an accident, collecting the total influent of the plant for three-dimensional fluorescence scanning can quickly, effectively, and intuitively obtain the probability of each pollution source being involved, thereby achieving pollution source tracing and demonstrating broad application prospects.
