本发明公开一种含硅醚基元的可降解聚双环戊二烯热固性材料及其制备方法。该聚双环戊二烯热固性材料是以双环戊二烯、5‑亚乙基‑2‑降冰片烯、三官能环硅醚结构(COSiO3)单体、催化剂和抑制剂为原料,通过前端开环易位聚合(FROMP)制得。其中,COSiO3中可断裂硅醚键和较低环应变能的环烯烃赋予了共聚聚双环戊二烯热固性材料在四丁基氟化铵和四氢呋喃的混合溶液中可降解的性能。当COSiO3共聚单体含量为7.5wt%时,材料能够完全降解为可溶性碎片,同时,聚双环戊二烯材料的机械性能优异,其拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和起始分解温度分别达49.3MPa、103%和413℃,玻璃化转变温度达149℃,可应用于智能机器人装备结构件,生物医学、催化和传感领域的功能材料。
