Abstract

The present application relates to the field of water pollution treatment, in particular to a method for strengthening electrode ammonia oxidation in constructed wetland-microbial fuel cell, comprising the following steps: (1) using SBBR, cultivating autotrophic nitrifying biofilm on the surface of graphite felt as filler; (2) installing the graphite felt with autotrophic nitrifying biofilm into BES as anode reaction after cutting, cultivating electroactive ammonia-oxidizing biofilm on the surface thereof; (3) jointly forming three-dimensional anode with the graphite felt with electroactive ammonia-oxidizing biofilm and anode layer, assembling electrode ammonia-oxidizing CW-MFC, and running the device. The present application improves the strength of electrode ammonia oxidation and the removal rate of TN and NH4 + -N by pre-preparing electroactive ammonia-oxidizing biofilm, assembling three-dimensional anode CW-MFC, and meeting the sewage discharge standard while greatly shortening the operation cycle and reducing the treatment cost.
