Abstract

The present application belongs to the field of energy saving and consumption reducing power technology of condensate water recycling system of saturated steam supply pipe network facility, and is a kind of open condensate water recycling system secondary flash steam automatic degradation device of steam pipe network, which solves the problems of condensate water residual pressure, secondary flash steam heat not being fully utilized and noise affecting the environment caused by the defects of condensate water residual pressure and secondary flash steam not being effectively degraded and eliminated in the condensate water recycling station of steam pipe network. The open condensate water recycling system secondary flash steam automatic degradation device of steam pipe network adopts electric pump and mechanical pump to ensure the normal operation of the system, the mechanical pump adopts compressed air as power source, and the power driving part of the mechanical pump has simple structure; the electric pump adopts electric power driven water pump, and the water pump adopts high temperature resistant and explosion proof type, the two kinds of pumps are safe and reliable in operation, reasonable in design, convenient to use, simple in installation and maintenance, and labor saving in operation.
