A gate valve device for use in a point-of-care testing device

Abstract

The application discloses a gate valve device used for an instant detection device, which is sequentially provided with a cyclone sampler, a sample mixer, a gate valve and a rotary mechanical splitter from top to bottom, and the sample mixer is provided with a detection device; when drilling a stratum by using an air reverse circulation continuous sampling process, solid and gas are separated by entering the cyclone sampler from a double-wall drill rod central passage, the separated solid sample enters the sample mixer, the sample is fully mixed in the sample mixer and is subjected to instant chemical analysis by the detection device, the gate valve is opened, the fully mixed sample enters the rotary splitter through the gate valve, and a split sample is obtained. The device can be used for collecting RC rock samples, mixing uniform rock samples, rapidly detecting ore product tastes on site and high-precision split rock samples, improves the efficiency of ore prospecting by using the air reverse circulation continuous sampling drilling technology, and achieves the purpose of rapid and economic ore prospecting.
