Composite separation membrane and preparation method thereof, and self-cleaning method

Abstract

This invention discloses a composite separation membrane and its preparation and self-cleaning methods. The preparation method involves: ultrasonicating a polymer membrane in a solution to obtain an activated polymer membrane; immersing the activated polymer membrane in an active solution to obtain a polymer membrane loaded with active ingredients; the polymer membrane is an amide-based polymer membrane, and the active solution includes at least one of silver nitrate solution, palladium chloride solution, and tin chloride solution; the dispersion includes a cobalt salt, a reducing agent, and a complexing agent. This invention involves immersing the polymer membrane loaded with active ingredients in an alkaline dispersion to react and obtain the composite separation membrane. By activating the polymer membrane and loading it with nano-flower-like CoOx, this invention improves the membrane's hydrophilicity, conductivity, and degradation potential, resulting in a high rejection rate for oil, organic matter, and proteins when used in water treatment. Furthermore, it can be self-cleaned and reused repeatedly.
