The supporting mechanism can support the driving shaft, and the driving mechanism can drive the supporting mechanism to rotate synchronously with the driving shaft when the driving shaft is started, and the supporting mechanism can be automatically separated from the rotating driving shaft after the driving shaft is completely started, and the driving shaft can be supported again when the driving shaft is about to stop rotating, so that the driving shaft can be supported before and after starting, so as to avoid friction between the driving shaft and the air bearing before and after starting.
