A concrete aggregate conveying system

Abstract

This invention belongs to the technical field of conveying auxiliary devices, and particularly relates to a concrete aggregate conveying system, including a tank assembly, a washing assembly, a separating assembly, and a drying assembly. The washing assembly is installed on the inner left side of the tank assembly, the drying assembly is installed on the inner right side of the tank assembly, and the separating assembly is installed between the washing assembly and the drying assembly. After the aggregate enters the tank, clean water enters the water-passing cylinder through the inlet pipe. The water in the water-passing cylinder enters the tank through the water distribution ring and impacts the aggregate from all sides to wash it. As the aggregate passes through the rotating mixing sleeve, it is pushed upward by the fins and falls under the action of gravity, impacting the aggregate below, thus improving the washing effect. The tank is higher on the left and lower on the right. As the mixing sleeve rotates, the aggregate and water automatically move to the position of the separating assembly for dewatering after washing.
