A preparation process for Kovar alloy-copper composite plate

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of metal sheet composite technology and discloses a preparation process for a Kovar alloy-copper composite plate, comprising the following steps: s1, taking two Kovar alloy plates and one copper plate, and cleaning the surfaces of the Kovar alloy plates and the copper plate; s2, brushing copper-silver paste onto the surface of each Kovar alloy plate; s3, then placing the entire assembly into a graphite boat and adding a counterweight load on top; s4, placing the graphite boat in a heating furnace for heating; s5, hot rolling the composite billet; s6, stress-relieving annealing the composite billet; s7, after annealing, cooling to room temperature, and cold rolling to produce a Kovar alloy-copper composite plate of a predetermined thickness. The Kovar alloy-copper composite plate prepared by this invention exhibits more stable bonding between the plates and is less prone to separation. The composite plate possesses both the physical properties of Kovar alloy and good thermal conductivity.
