A covalent-bonded hafnium-containing main-chain precursor and a preparation method thereof

Abstract

The application provides a coordination bond-containing hafnium main chain precursor, which comprises a molecular chain structure as shown in the following formula: wherein Hf-N-B is a main chain structure unit, Y represents a solvent ligand, the solvent is one of Py, TEA and DMSO, represents a conjugate bond, x and y represent polymerization degrees, and each of the polymerization degrees is independently 1-5; the amidine group in the molecular chain segment included by the polymerization degree x is internally coordinated with Hf, the amidine group in the molecular chain segment included by the polymerization degree y is intermolecularly coordinated with Hf, and the curve represents a growing chain formed by the molecular chain segment included by the polymerization degree y as a repeating unit. The hafnium content in the precursor is greater than or equal to 35 wt%, the solubility in DMF and DMSO is greater than 20 g / 100 mL, the softening point is between 130-140 DEG C, the weight gain in humid air at 25.5 DEG C and 70% relative humidity is less than 5 wt% in 60 min.
