A quick sewage disposal open caisson construction device

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of sand-based dewatering engineering, specifically disclosing a rapid sewage discharge caisson construction device. The device includes a caisson casing, with a steel pipe installed inside. An air injection pipe is located inside the steel pipe, and an exhaust pipe is connected to the lower end of the air injection pipe. An array of gas distribution pipes is installed on the outer wall of the exhaust pipe, with valves installed inside the gas distribution pipes. A sand discharge pipe is installed on one side of the steel pipe. A drain outlet is located inside the caisson casing on one side of the steel pipe. An upper cap is installed on the outer side of the air injection pipe at the upper end of the steel pipe. After the gas injected through the air injection pipe enters the exhaust pipe, the array of gas distribution pipes on the outer side of the exhaust pipe ensures that the gas can penetrate more widely into the interior of the steel pipe. The air agitates the sand-water mixture, causing the sand-water mixture inside the steel pipe to "boil," allowing the sand to be discharged from the sand discharge pipe on the outer side of the steel pipe.
