Abstract

This invention discloses a protective shield integrating flame retardancy, infrared stealth, and penetration protection, belonging to the field of protective equipment technology. The invention includes: a shield body, an observation window, metal hinges, a folding limiting mechanism, a folding handle, a shield carrying handle, and accessory shock-absorbing springs. This invention allows for folding and unfolding, providing a large shield area, multi-directional protection, and high flexibility. The shield body composite material is composed of an infrared stealth flame-retardant heat insulation layer (aerogel material), a basic support layer (aluminum alloy material), a high-strength penetration protection layer (silicon carbide material), and a composite lubrication layer (composed of stainless steel paper or aluminum foil and lubricant). This invention proposes a new mechanism of "lubrication redirection," rather than achieving penetration protection through expensive special alloys or increasing the thickness of metal plates. This invention can be used by individual soldiers in various complex scenarios to complete offensive, assault, cover, and defensive combat missions.
