Target compensation ratio generation method and device, and display panel

Abstract

This invention provides a method and apparatus for generating a target compensation ratio, and a display panel. The method includes: acquiring the color gamut parameters of the display panel, and controlling the display panel to display multiple first reference images (all non-white mixed color heavy load images) with first display parameters based on multiple compensation ratios, each first reference image having a corresponding first actual optical parameter; determining the first theoretical optical parameters corresponding to the multiple first reference images based on the color gamut parameters and the first display parameters; and determining the first sub-target compensation ratio corresponding to the first reference image from the multiple compensation ratios based on the relationship between the first theoretical optical parameters and the multiple first actual optical parameters, so as to determine the target compensation ratio of the display panel to improve the problem of low image quality caused by the same brightness standard.
