Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of plastic plate production, in particular to a cooling structure for a plastic plate cutting device, which comprises a machine base, a supporting plate for bearing the plastic plate is arranged on the machine base, a waste liquid collecting cavity for collecting waste residues and waste liquid is arranged below the supporting plate of the machine base, and a waste residue collecting cavity for collecting waste residues and waste liquid is communicated with the bottom of the waste liquid collecting cavity. The cooling structure for the plastic plate cutting device can effectively prevent the cooling liquid from splashing around after washing the cutter by utilizing the liquid guide device, can guide the cooling liquid into the waste liquid collecting cavity and the waste residue collecting cavity, and then can filter the cooling liquid again by the filtering device to form a circulating cooling. In this way, the loss of the cooling liquid is effectively reduced, the frequency of supplementing the cooling liquid is reduced, and therefore the problem that the cooling effect of the cutting cutter is affected due to the lack of the cooling liquid during long-term continuous work can be effectively avoided.
