A pump body assembly and compressor

Abstract

This invention provides a pump body assembly and a compressor. The pump body assembly includes a cylinder and a crankshaft. The cylinder has a working chamber, and the pump body assembly has crankshaft mounting holes extending through both axial ends. The cylinder also has a cooling groove, and the pump body assembly further includes an oil guide channel connecting the crankshaft mounting holes and the cooling groove. This oil guide channel allows oil in the crankshaft mounting holes to flow along the oil guide channel to the cooling groove under the action of crankshaft pump oil, thereby cooling the refrigerant in the working chamber. According to the technical solution of this invention, the oil guide channel can guide the refrigerant oil in the crankshaft mounting holes to the cooling groove on the cylinder. Because the oil temperature in the crankshaft mounting holes is low, this low-temperature oil, after flowing into the cooling groove, can cool the refrigerant in the working chamber through the cylinder wall thickness, thereby reducing the temperature of the exhaust chamber in the cylinder and achieving an approximately isothermal compression effect. This further reduces the input work based on the theoretical isentropic compression of the compressor, thereby improving the overall performance.
