A rapid drying device for feed production

Abstract

This invention belongs to the field of feed production technology, specifically relating to a rapid drying device for feed production. The rapid drying device provided by this invention has a reasonable structural design, mainly consisting of a conveying component, a hot air blower, a screening component, and a collecting component. The screening component grades and screens the feed, allowing the graded feed to be sequentially fed into the conveying component. The hot air blower provides hot air force, transferring the feed particles entering the conveying component to the collecting component for zoned collection. This method allows for selection of the screening range according to needs and rapid drying after screening. Furthermore, a heat storage body is added to the conveying component, which disperses and transfers the feed particles, facilitating rapid drying.
