A method of manufacturing a beer bottle capable of reducing beer foam generated by pouring beer

Abstract

This invention provides a method for manufacturing beer bottles that reduces beer foam when pouring beer, comprising the following steps: S1, preparing raw materials, including recycled waste glass powder particles, lithium porcelain stone, mullite, calcite, sodium feldspar, potassium feldspar, borax, sodium carbonate, zirconium oxide, cerium oxide, yttrium oxide, sodium sulfate, and aluminum oxide, and mixing the raw materials to obtain a mixture; S2, feeding the mixture into a furnace for melting to obtain molten glass; S3, pouring the molten glass into a mold for shaping, and demolding after cooling. Compared with the prior art, this invention produces less beer foam when pouring beer into a glass, avoiding excessive foam and bubbles overflowing the rim of the glass, which affects the drinking experience and the taste of the beer, reducing beer waste, improving the bonding strength between glass components, improving the mechanical properties of the glass, effectively improving the strength of the beer bottle body, increasing the hardness of the beer bottle while reducing brittleness.
