本发明公开了一种邻层异相间接压裂与溶剂萃驱的富油煤开发新工艺，包括以下步骤：在顶底板砂岩中施工单直井和双水平井段；双水平井段异相同步间接压裂；安装增温、增压、换热、破乳分离等地面设备及井筒内注、采管路系统；对多种液体增温增压后注入富油煤层内；注入的多种液体液携带富油煤层中的焦油驱替产出采出液；对采出液换热降温；采出液破乳分离提取焦油；分离采出液并补充、换热增温，再加热增压循环注入双水平井段。本发明具有以下优势：开采效率高、开发稳定性好、技术可控、废气产物污染少、综合成本低；本发明还可以拓展用于页岩油、致密砂岩油等致密储层中赋存油资源的开发。
