Oil yellow tricholoma polysaccharide, and preparation method and application thereof

Abstract

The application discloses oil yellow tricholoma mongolicum polysaccharide (TF-P) and a preparation method and application thereof. The composition of the TF-P comprises glucose and arabinose, wherein the molar ratio of glucose and arabinose residues is 7:3, and the chemical structure of the TF-P comprises 1,4-linked glucose residues and 1,4-linked arabinose residues. The TF-P is obtained through hot water extraction, ethanol precipitation, protein removal, ion exchange column chromatography, dialysis and concentration of the oil yellow tricholoma mongolicum fruiting body. The TF-P has significant immunoregulatory activity and antitumor activity, and can be applied in medicines, health products or food.
