An automatic wire placement apparatus for electrofusion fittings and a method thereof

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of electrically fused pipe fittings, and discloses an automatic pre-wiring device for electrically fused pipe fittings and a method thereof, which comprises an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder rotatably arranged in the inner cylinder, the end of the inner cylinder is provided with a first wedge-shaped block and a ring cutter, an adjusting frame and a limiting assembly are arranged between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder, the end of the adjusting frame is provided with a second wedge-shaped block which is in sliding fit with the first wedge-shaped block, an adjusting groove is formed in the outer side of the inner cylinder, a moving rod is arranged in the adjusting groove, a sliding block is arranged on the outer side of the adjusting frame, and a bending assembly is arranged at the end of the inner cylinder; the second wedge-shaped block extrudes the first wedge-shaped block, the ring cutter cuts the insulating layer of the wiring material, then the inner cylinder drives the ring cutter to rotate to cut off the insulating layer, then the limiting assembly is removed to limit the inner cylinder, the sliding block drives the ring cutter to move backward to peel off the end insulating layer of the wiring material, and finally the bending assembly bends the metal wire at the end of the wiring material, so that the metal wire is connected with the terminal post, and the pre-wiring efficiency is improved.
