The reaction conditions of this invention are mild and controllable, with good reproducibility. The capping agent and reducing agent molecules are inexpensive, readily available, safe, and non-toxic. The resulting CuO2 nanoparticles have a large specific surface area, a rough surface, and uniform morphology, and also possess self-releasing oxygen capability. This allows for the combination with lateral immunochromatography to prepare myoglobin immunochromatographic test strips, enabling the immunochromatographic detection of myoglobin.
