Preparation method and application of a matrine derivative

Abstract

The application discloses a preparation method and application of a matrine derivative, and discloses a synthesis method of the matrine derivative. The matrine derivative is synthesized by using matrine and Lawesson's reagent as starting substrates, toluene as a solvent, and synthesizing thiomatrine. Then, the thiomatrine and hydroxylamine hydrochloride are used as reactants, sodium acetate is added, and methanol is used as a solvent to synthesize an intermediate product. Finally, the intermediate product is used as a reactant and various acyl chlorides or sulfonyl chlorides are used to synthesize a series of matrine derivatives under the condition of triethylamine. While the structure of the matrine is completely retained, the matrine derivative containing an ester structure is formed, and the bacteriostatic activity of the matrine derivative is enhanced. The application provides a beneficial reference for further development of new medicines for resisting Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Ceratocystis paradoxa, Rhizoctonia solani and Chrysosporium queenslandicum, and is worthy of further research.
