Abstract

This invention provides a method for preparing a platinum-aluminum coating and a platinum-aluminum coating and a single-crystal high-temperature alloy. The method includes the following steps: Step 1) Preparing a platinum-aluminum coating on the surface of an alloy substrate, wherein the platinum-aluminum coating includes γ and γ′ phases; Step 2) Subjecting the platinum-aluminum coating obtained in Step 1 to in-situ melting and solidification treatment by multi-stage pulsed laser irradiation to adjust the precipitation position and morphology of the γ′ phase, obtaining a dispersed γ′ phase during solidification; obtaining a platinum-aluminum coating after multi-stage pulsed laser irradiation in-situ melting and solidification treatment; Step 3) Subjecting the platinum-aluminum coating obtained in Step 2 to multi-stage aging heat treatment to obtain a γ′ phase with a cubic structure and coherent phase interface; obtaining a platinum-aluminum coating after multi-stage aging heat treatment. This invention can significantly improve the high-temperature oxidation resistance and high-temperature mechanical properties of the coating, thereby reducing the mechanical damage of the coating to the substrate. The prepared platinum-aluminum coating has good strength and stability, and a high degree of compositional homogeneity.
