The two-dimensional MAX phase material is used as an additive in the positive electrode of the lead-acid battery, so that the generation rate of lead dioxide in the formation process is improved, the ohmic resistance of the electrode is reduced, the strength and porosity of the electrode are increased, and the cycle life, rate capability and low-temperature performance of the lead-acid battery are improved.
