Abstract

This invention discloses an EPR probe for the differential detection of hydrogen sulfide, persulfides, and thiol groups, along with its preparation method and applications, belonging to the field of small molecule signal detection technology. The EPR probe provided by this invention can simultaneously and differentially quantify various small molecule biological thiol groups, persulfides, and hydrogen sulfide with different structures. The probe exhibits good stability and is suitable for the specific detection and imaging of persulfides in complex biological systems. Furthermore, the probe holds promise for achieving the differential and quantitative detection of various reactive sulfur compounds, such as hydrogen sulfide (H2S), persulfides, and polysulfides, in complex biological systems.
