Method for producing a polysulfone / inorganic composite diaphragm for alkaline electrolyzed water

Abstract

The application relates to a preparation method of a polysulfone / inorganic composite diaphragm for alkaline electrolytic water, comprising the following steps: acid etching modification treatment of inorganic materials; slurry preparation; coating; pretreatment; phase inversion; post-treatment. The polysulfone / inorganic composite diaphragm prepared by the preparation method has the advantages of high hydrophilicity, good air tightness, non-falling of inorganic particles and good diaphragm folding resistance. The application increases the connecting sites between inorganic material particles and high molecular polymer chains through the following six aspects: acid etching modification treatment, mixed use of low molecular weight polysulfone and high molecular weight polysulfone, improvement of slurry uniformity, improvement of pretreatment, reduction of phase inversion temperature and improvement of post-treatment, so that the purposes of good diaphragm folding resistance and non-falling of inorganic particles are achieved.
