Abstract

The application discloses a gantry crane device for steel truss beam construction and belongs to the technical field of building construction. The gantry crane device for steel truss beam construction comprises a cross beam, frame bodies are arranged at both ends of the cross beam, a moving base is fixedly arranged at the bottom of each frame body, further comprises: a movable beam arranged below the cross beam and perpendicular to the cross beam; a transverse moving assembly arranged in the cross beam and used for driving the movable beam to move transversely; a lifting appliance movably arranged below the movable beam; and a longitudinal assembly arranged in the movable beam and used for driving the lifting appliance to move longitudinally; wherein the moving base is provided with a gravity offset assembly; the device can increase the longitudinal working range of the lifting appliance without overall displacement of the large-volume gantry crane, has a simple structure, is convenient to operate, improves the efficiency of bridge building construction, ensures the stability of the structures on both sides of the gantry crane when the lifting appliance longitudinally lifts materials, avoids shaking of the lifted materials, and strengthens the overall stability of the device operation.
