A detection system and method for perfluorinated or polyfluorinated compounds in sewage sludge.

Abstract

This invention relates to a detection system and method for perfluorinated or polyfluorinated compounds (PFASs) in sewage and sludge. The detection method includes the following steps: (1) sewage sample treatment; (2) sludge sample treatment; (3) sample extraction and purification: using a solid-phase extraction column to extract perfluorinated / polyfluorinated compounds from the sewage and sludge samples to be extracted, rinsing impurities, drying the solid-phase extraction column, eluting the perfluorinated / polyfluorinated compounds, concentrating and filtering to obtain the sewage / sludge sample eluent; (4) instrument detection. This detection method can detect 47 PFASs, including PFASs with hydrogen-substituted, chlorinated, ether, amide, and phosphate groups, with a wider detection range, which better meets the development needs of environmental control research. In addition, this invention also provides a detection system for implementing the above detection method, which can quickly and effectively separate sewage and sludge separately, unlike natural sedimentation, with short time consumption and good separation effect.
