Purification system and purification method

Abstract

The application provides a purification system and a purification method. The purification system comprises an adsorption body, a conveying device and a plurality of treatment pools. The outermost side of the adsorption body contains alkyl chains for adsorbing oily quantum dots. The conveying device can collect and drive the adsorption body to move and release the adsorption body at a corresponding position. The plurality of treatment pools are used to hold liquid for dissolving quantum dots or impurities, and the conveying device can drive the adsorption body to soak in each treatment pool. The purification method comprises providing an adsorption body with alkyl chains on the outermost side and a plurality of treatment pools; adding quantum dot stock solution and a precipitant into a precipitation pool in the treatment pools, and placing the adsorption body into the precipitation pool, so that the quantum dots are adsorbed on the adsorption body; adding a quantum dot cleaning solution into a quantum dot cleaning pool in the treatment pools, and transferring the adsorption body to the quantum dot cleaning pool, so that the impurities on the quantum dots are dissolved in the quantum dot cleaning solution; and adding a quantum dot redissolving solution into an elution pool in the treatment pools, and transferring the adsorption body to the elution pool, so that the quantum dots are dissolved in the quantum dot redissolving solution.
