A method for protecting a protein g ligand chromatographic medium

Abstract

The application provides a protection method of a protein G ligand chromatography medium, comprising the following steps: passing a first buffer through the protein G ligand chromatography medium; passing a second buffer through the protein G ligand chromatography medium, and statically keeping the second buffer in the protein G ligand chromatography medium for 10-20 min; wherein the second buffer contains 2,2-dimethylol butanol, glycine and sodium sulfate; and passing a regeneration buffer through the protein G ligand chromatography medium. The protection method of the protein G ligand chromatography medium can stabilize the ligand of the protein G ligand chromatography medium, clean and regenerate the chromatography medium, stabilize the function of the chromatography medium when repeatedly used, and prolong the service life.
