Abstract

An automated bicycle frame painting production line includes: a bicycle frame conveying mechanism; a bicycle frame fixing mechanism, a first painting mechanism, and a second painting mechanism are mounted on the bicycle frame conveying mechanism; the bicycle frame fixing mechanism is used to fix the bicycle frame, and the bicycle frame conveying mechanism drives the bicycle frame fixing mechanism to pass through the first painting mechanism and the second painting mechanism in sequence; the first painting mechanism and the second painting mechanism are used to paint the bicycle frame on the bicycle frame fixing mechanism; this invention can automatically complete the painting process of bicycle frames, speeding up work efficiency while avoiding excessive contact between operators and paint, thus preventing danger to operators, and the automated mechanical operation avoids individual differences in painting effect caused by human factors.
