Abstract

This disclosure provides a control method for a storage box error-proofing system, a storage box error-proofing system, and a packaging line system. The method includes: when materials are added, a scanning module scans the material barcode, and a control module identifies and compares the material barcode. If the comparison is correct, the storage box is unlocked. After materials are added, the storage box is locked. A humidity sensor is configured to open a dehumidification circuit when the humidity inside the storage box is higher than a set first threshold; when the humidity inside the storage box is lower than a set second threshold, the storage box is unlocked, keeping the dehumidification circuit open. After materials are removed, a weight sensor is configured to keep the storage box locked when the weight of the materials inside the storage box is higher than a set first threshold; when the weight of the materials inside the storage box is lower than the set second threshold, the storage box is unlocked and an alarm module is activated. This method can effectively control humidity changes inside the storage box, prevent errors in the shelf life of materials, and provide traceability.
